was the last time a few years ago in the musical "the westside story" in the gärtnerplatztheater. I still remember the visit to this day. so I liked it there very much!

"3 Men in the Snow" - a great staging with a kick presented by an inspiring ensemble. The evening was a relief - not only in Corona times.

Perfectly organized even during corona times. All important information in advance by email and in the evening by friendly staff. Half of the ensemble really heats up with “Priscilla - Queen of the Desert”. A nice evening!

Disinfectant dispensers are at the entrance and cards are scanned. When allocating seats, it is downstairs in the main hall and in the tiers that only every second row is occupied. There are always two places available between groups. A face mask must be worn until everyone is seated, then you can remove it.

Very relaxing, even if it is in the middle of the street

Due to the current circumstances, the events are unfortunately too long. Fortunately, they now take place again with the permitted loosening. Go inside! The chamber music concerts with the audience in reduced numbers on stage: A listening pleasure and an experience with beautiful insights!

Gärtnerplatz is one of the most beautiful places in Munich. Here you will find pretty, lovingly designed owner-managed shops, bakeries and cafés and of course the Gärtnerplatz Theater with its program of operas, operettas and ballets remains one of the cultural hotspots in Munich. A special flair thanks to beautiful flower beds in the middle of the square

Could look behind the scenes with an invitation ... The opera Tosca is also really worth seeing!

So far I have experienced all of the staff exceptionally friendly, helpful and courteous. As if they were all enjoying their job. Thanks a lot for this. The repertoire is of course a matter of taste.

Not too big, but a very nice theater with a modern stage

Beautiful theater in the middle of Munich.

Such a nice theater. The space for the audience is not so big, but it goes up in the air. I was sitting very high up and had to look aside all the time, but that went very well. Acoustics was very good.

Very nice theater! We went to the lightshow where the whole building was lit up differently. Very creative! Will definitely visit Gärtnerplatz at another hour!

My fair lady was very well done. Unfortunately our seats had obstructed view of the stage where a lot of the action took place on the left(as seen from our view).

We had a wonderful time here. It’s a small theatre but really good acoustic and stage set up. People were super nice and makes the overall experience great. We saw my fair lady here and had a great show!

Great this time. First, the tour of the theater and then the performance "La Boheme" impressed. Above all, the staging of the current outfit today has inspired me. Musical and vocal a pleasure!

The Gärtnerplatz with its theater is a very nice place in Munich. There are several restaurants and cafes where you can sit well. Really nice in the summer.

Beautiful Theater, with great productions! Always worth a visit! Do try to come dressed nicely. Let's stop the jeans and saggy t-shirts at the theater! Make it an event and take the opportunity to be fancy !

Very nice facilities, comfortable seats inside of the theather and excellent acoustics. Plenty of staff available to help the visitors. The bar is too small and gets too crowded during the breaks

Very nice theater. Unfortunately, there is only one box office suburb, but does not detract from the quality of the actual thing absolutely.

Lovely, full of young people, supporting opera for all, finally! Small theatre and orchestra but good acoustic and stage. Kind people willing to make the experience nice.
